Just got home from eating at Ruth's Chris with ww and I must say the food was some of the best that I've ever had. I almost got home and then something funny happened. On my way to the elevator a lady maybe in her late 20s or early 30s went in front of me. We went inside the elevator and I pressed 10, and she pressed PH. I stood against the wall and stared into the nothingness behind her. She was looking straight in front to avoid eye contact. Then for some reason I thought PH came before 10, so I waited for her to get off first. I waited and waited and kept wondering why she is not getting off. Then she finally turned and looked at me with a rather shocked/confused gesture. Only then did I realize...

I think the fact that it was 1am, with no one else inside the elevator, and how I was looking "behind" her made her very very uncomfortable. I thought about apologizing or explaining myself before departing, but I think she would've brought out that pepper spray if I stayed any longer. Anyway, fun night.
